Scott took his time explaining each procedure. He would make sure we understood before moving on. And when it was determined we needed hearing aids, he didn’t push for the most expensive ones but worked within our budget.

I have been to other hearing specialists in the past, and this was by far the best experience. Starting with the receptionist who was courteous and very personable. The technician did a thorough examination explaining each step and why it was important. Couldn't be happier with my new "ears".
