Dusty brought us back to have my Mother take the very detailed and organized set of hearing tests. He was empathetic, friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. Our next appointment to discuss Hearing Aid options (USA made in Minnesota 👍), we were greeted by friendly Melony before Dusty greeted us warmly. Dusty explained in detail all our options and answered all of our questions before we made our choice. I take my nana there to get her hearing aids adjusted with her hearing. The woman who she sees (I’m so sorry to have forgotten your name) never pushes for more than she needs. We go in for cleanings and hearing test. My nana has dementia and she is so patient when it comes to explaining what is needed or how her hearing aids work and can work better for her. Absolutely worth every penny for the hearing aids too. This place is very accommodating to our needs. They don’t just get you hearing aids and tell you to upgrade next year, they work on them and keep them functional.

I don’t really know where to start. Walking in I was greeted so kindly. Dr. Smith came right out. My hearing aids were not working. I was so upset. They are almost 2 years old. She said she was going to try very hard to fix them. I was so nervous since I knew I couldn’t afford to buy new ones. She gave me a hearing test. My hearing got worse. This woman worked diligently to save them. After an hour and half. I put them in my ears and started to tear up. She fixed them, installed the app that I could adjust them. She made my day. 10-10-2023 This was a referral from my primary care. So I decided to go check them out. The doctor made some tests and evaluations. He was very helpful and told me what my hearing condition was and my options. I have hearing aids but they are outdated and my new insurance does not cover the last practice, I was needing new ones badly. There was an issue with OOP costs after insurance but they worked with me. Not many practices will do that. It was better than Cosco or those other so called in-house store practices that required weeks to get anything done. Not to mention those on-line rip-offs. The doctor and staff were a great help in getting things figured out. The receptionist is very kind and a sweet person, she knows her stuff. The new aids are great and I am hearing sounds I never use to. However. It falls a little short on something that my last set had that was very nice to have. Bluetooth ability. They will not link up with my phone though it shows the aids seen by my phone. I have an android phone and my last set linked up perfectly. Tech support tried to help but to no avail and even admitted that a fair majority of android phones will not link up with their hearing aids. So here's my review to -Audible-. I am disappointed..... Not everyone can afford or wants an iPhone. For something as advanced and new as your hearing aids are, the technology put into them in this 21st century. Taking a moment to rest and play some nature sounds via the hearing aids is a great thing. But alas not with these. One would think that your aids would work with all phones? I can live with-out this option though it would been nice to have it. Lastly to the people at the Cleveland Heights office. Thank you.

Alexa, our audiologist, is just a delight. She possesses all the qualities you would hope for in a highly skilled profession--especially one that caters to the elderly and hard of hearing. She managed to make complicated charts, graphs, and tests, easily explainable for my 80+ year old parents. I believe the best hearing aids that exist in the universe. Donnie the customer service representative is extremely knowledgeable and a genuine nice guy. We took an instant liking to him. Obviously their business is to sell hearing aids but I never felt I was being hustled. It is expensive but the devices are so advanced and technically superior one doesn't feel like I am paying too much. I had an issue with one of the aids and they were replaced with brand new ones no questions asked. Getting them is a process for about a month as they are adjusted to work for the individual. Brianna, the office manager is on top of her game and schedules everything that happens there and does it brilliantly. If you have hearing issues you can't find a better resolution than this.

Had a hearing test. The doctor first worked on my current hearing aids to get them working the best possible. The doctor explained the hearing test process and what they looked for. After the test which was very complete he explained the results and suggested I see an Ear, Nose and Throat doctor to address possible other issues that might be interfering with my hearing before even looking at new hearing aids. He also suggested I take my hearing aides to a place that handles my brand to see if they can get them working at 100%. My positive experience seems to be consistent with others. I read some of the negative reviews and am not sure what happened with those people. I surely did not experience any problem. Also was not pushed to get new hearing aides even though I was ready to buy new ones. I highly recommend this place. If something changes I would edit my experience but can’t see that happening.

For many years my husband missed out on a lot of things.He wasn’t able to hear the message the preacher was giving. At the theatre he had to wear the “hearing impaired headphones”. I also had to help him out when we went out to eat at restaurants or simply trying to communicate. All of this took place because we weren’t able to afford new hearing aids. One unexpected day, my husband decided to take his old hearing aids to see if they could be fixed. Unfortunately they couldn’t. Then he had a hearing test done. We explained to the tech what our financial situation was, she stepped out of the room and made sure we didn’t leave until we had worked something out. She had spoken with the owner. Needless to say I was very touched. My husband got hearing aids! Thanks to Mr. Wheeler for such a blessing! We will be eternally grateful. She not only is professional and pleasant, but also very thorough in her examinations and tests and in her explanations to us. Like most people, I waited too long to admit that I had a hearing problem. But finally I did the research and about a year ago went to Audibel. I choose the facility located at 3534 Clark Rd., Sarasota, FL 34231.
Now I do not have to ask my wife or friends to repeat what they say nearly as often. Before it was difficult to participate in the conversation when out with friends at a restaurant – the background noise would drown out my ability to hear what was being said. I would simply sit there and smile a lot (which I do not do well). It was really embarrassing to answer a question that you thought you heard someone as you, only to find out that they had asked you something completely different! There is a special setting that filters out most of the unwanted background noise which makes being in a crowd enjoyable again. I could go on and on with specifics, but the bottom line is that my hearing aids that do a credible job and other people that make it happen. I can only speak when they develop a hearing deficiency. Maybe there are other hearing aids that do a credible job and other people that make it happen. I can only speak to the professional service and attention that one receives from Kevin Wagner and his office assistant, Sharon. Audibel’s products have so many different settings available and Kevin knows how to tailor them to each customer’s individual needs. The benefits continue to get better as I return for a periodic maintenance and fine tuning.

“I visited the office for hearing test I already knew there was a problem, and I was right! I failed the test! Tried going for a loan to purchase devices I needed and was denied the loan. With no other option to pay I had to decline getting the hearing aids. A week later Rebecca called that her boss was going to try to help a few patients that were denied loans. “I suspected I had a hearing problem and finally decided to find out for sure. I made an appointment for a free hearing test with a company I saw on Facebook. Then, because a friend recommended them, I also made an appointment with Audibel. I kept both appointments, trying to get a feel for how these companies present their products to their customers. The difference between the two was incredible. For one thing, Audibel’s testing was much more thorough and the hearing specialist actually fitted me with free hearing aids to try at home for a few days.
