I am overly pleased with this practice. They went out of their way to fit me in same day I called and I wasn’t even a patient. I am now though! I had a dome stuck in my ear and my audiologist is in Maine so I had few options to get help here in Florida, one was to go to urgent care and I dreaded that. Thank goodness Jeff was able to fit me in and remove it. He also didn’t charge me a dime. I now have a new audiologist and am very happy.

My 1st experience with an Audiologist/Hearing Center and I could not have asked for a better place! Trisha was helpful and pleasant on the phone and when I arrived with my mother for her appointment. Dusty brought us back to have my Mother take the very detailed and organized set of hearing tests. He was empathetic, friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. Our next appointment to discuss Hearing Aid options (USA made in Minnesota 👍), we were greeted by friendly Melony before Dusty greeted us warmly. Dusty explained in detail all our options and answered all of our questions before we made our choice. He even helped my Mom pick out the color of the device to match the skin tone of her ear.😀 We are looking forward to working with Audibel for my Mother's continuing Hearing needs. 6-19-24 Was back to see Trish and Dusty for a maintenance appt for my mother's hearing aids today. As usual, Trish treated us warmly and then Dusty walked us back. Dusty makes my mom feel relaxed as he cleans her Hearing Aids, checks her charger, and goes over her usage data since our last visit. We always feel welcome, and leave with good information, and great service.☺️

We met with Dusty who was extremely knowledgeable. My husband had gone to one place in NH and one in Florida. None of the testing was as comprehensive as what Dusty performed. He also had screens where you could see the levels which he explained. I would highly recommend this Audible office. Trish, his secretary is very helpful. All in all it was an excellent experience.

I took my mother to have her hearing checked as she was having difficulty hearing anything. Kelly at the front desk is wonderful, friendly and easy going. My mother had never had such an exam before.The doctor did a very in depth hearing exam with my mother, sounds, beeps and words. I've had hearing aids for 5 years now, and they've helped considerably. But I was still having difficulty distinguishing words with some regularity. I could easily hear that someone was speaking, but not make out all the words. This was especially true in restaurants and places with background noise. My hearing wasn't getting any better and I was worried because I often just tuned out of conversations and it was affecting social interactions. I also found that while watching TV, I needed to put on the captions and struggle with reading them while also trying to see what was happening on-screen. Keith at Audibel told me of advances in technology, including the use of AI in improving hearing aids. I didn't want to spend the money. My wonderful wife told me if I felt I needed them, I should get them. There was a trial period of 45 days, with a refund if I didn't want to continue with them. So, we went ahead. Our big test the same night was going out to a very noisy restaurant with great food. I'd been avoiding the place for a few years because efforts at conversation there were useless. I'd withdraw, but worried about how I'd read that withdrawing was bad for keeping my long-term mental acuity. The place was noisy. There was a loud band. But my wife and I could have a conversation with little difficulty and I was excited. No "huh?" or "what?" out of me at all. I actually noticed my body relaxing. Back home, we watched TV. I didn't need the closed captions and watched the shows differently from how I'd become accustomed. I was more relaxed, but somehow also in excited disbelief. In all honesty, I may need a few days until all this sinks in, it's so hard for me to believe. Right now, it's amazing and wonderful.

They did not do such a good job. So my fiancé and I looked online came across autobell. In Pasadena, which is close to our home. We called schedule an appointment when we got there. I was pleasantly surprised at the service given to me at the Audibel Hearing Center. They checked my hearing in each ear throughly. They also tested each ear to know if I understood what each word they ask me to say back was correct. Then upon finding out the hearing ability in each ear. They put the program together to get the overall results to hear clearly out of my ears. They cleaned my hearing aids and said to contact them at any time if i could not hear clearly in any situation I would be in, i.e. crowd, television, meetings in public and others. I am to return in 3 months to make sure hearing is good. They took their time and I did not feel rushed but had been given special treatment. I am a Happy, hearing better person. Thanks!

For many years my husband missed out on a lot of things.He wasn’t able to hear the message the preacher was giving. At the theatre he had to wear the “hearing impaired headphones”. I also had to help him out when we went out to eat at restaurants or simply trying to communicate. All of this took place because we weren’t able to afford new hearing aids. One unexpected day, my husband decided to take his old hearing aids to see if they could be fixed. Unfortunately they couldn’t. Then he had a hearing test done. We explained to the tech what our financial situation was, she stepped out of the room and made sure we didn’t leave until we had worked something out. She had spoken with the owner. Needless to say I was very touched. My husband got hearing aids! Thanks to Mr. Wheeler for such a blessing! We will be eternally grateful. Now, my husband can enjoy the beautiful songs of birds, singing, and so much more. Your staff was amazing also, they waited for me to end my day at work so that I could be able to come in. I have spent the last 5 yrs trying to get help for my hearing loss, and was just given prescriptions, told it was this problem or that problem, but ultimately no help and needless to say complete frustration, disappointment and feelings of helplessness. Like most people, I waited too long to admit that I had a hearing problem. But finally I did the research and about a year ago went to Audibel. I choose the facility located at 3534 Clark Rd., Sarasota, FL 34231.
Now I do not have to ask my wife or friends to repeat what they say nearly as often. Before it was difficult to participate in the conversation when out with friends at a restaurant – the background noise would drown out my ability to hear what was being said. I would simply sit there and smile a lot (which I do not do well). It was really embarrassing to answer a question that you thought you heard someone as you, only to find out that they had asked you something completely different! There is a special setting that filters out most of the unwanted background noise which makes being in a crowd enjoyable again. I could go on and on with specifics, but the bottom line is that my hearing aids that do a credible job and other people that make it happen. I can only speak when they develop a hearing deficiency. Maybe there are other hearing aids that do a credible job and other people that make it happen. I can only speak to the professional service and attention that one receives from Kevin Wagner and his office assistant, Sharon. Audibel’s products have so many different settings available and Kevin knows how to tailor them to each customer’s individual needs. The benefits continue to get better as I return for a periodic maintenance and fine tuning.

“I visited the office for hearing test I already knew there was a problem, and I was right! I failed the test! Tried going for a loan to purchase devices I needed and was denied the loan. “I suspected I had a hearing problem and finally decided to find out for sure. I made an appointment for a free hearing test with a company I saw on Facebook. Then, because a friend recommended them, I also made an appointment with Audibel. I kept both appointments, trying to get a feel for how these companies present their products to their customers. For one thing, Audibel’s testing was much more thorough and the hearing specialist actually fitted me with free hearing aids to try at home for a few days.
