My husband told me that he was impressed by how thorough the exam and hearing test was. He also said that the hearing aids that were suggested and tried were perfect. The only problem was the cost. My husband is very particular about our finances which is why we have zero debt. He was not going to make payments along with interest. My 1st experience with an Audiologist/Hearing Center and I could not have asked for a better place! Trisha was helpful and pleasant on the phone and when I arrived with my mother for her appointment. Dusty brought us back to have my Mother take the very detailed and organized set of hearing tests. He was empathetic, friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. Our next appointment to discuss Hearing Aid options (USA made in Minnesota 👍), we were greeted by friendly Melony before Dusty greeted us warmly. Dusty explained in detail all our options and answered all of our questions before we made our choice. Dusty, the Hearing Aid Specialist does all the testing and he walked me and my wife through everything that we needed to understand about the Testing. Ashley, who works at the front desk is very helpful and accommodating to our schedule. Our hearing worked out fine we did not need any hearing aids and there was no pressure at all for us to purchase the so we scheduled an appointment for next year. I came with my sister to her appointment knowing she definitely needed help hearing,. Keith was so thorough with his Hearing tests and the difference with the aids in her ears is unbelievable. We can now have a conversation without me having to repeat just about every thing I said. Thank you Keith!! I went back with her to her follow-up appointment and she insisted that I also get a hearing test. While not as deficient as she is, I am not hearing certain sounds that may affect my balance. I wasn't ready to commit to buying them at that visit, but I am wearing them for a trial period so I can see if I can notice any improvement. I do admit that I had 3 falls in the last 2 years prior to seeing Keith and I have been concerned about my balance.

On December 1, 2025 , I had my annual hearing checkup with Elijah Morris, HAS, Audibel, 7501 Seminole Blvd., Seminole, FL. The appointment was on time, the office was well appointed, and Elijah explained in detail how he was testing and what to expect as he moved from one step to the next. On wall screens he pointed out that my hearing had declined somewhat, adjusted the sensitivity in my hearing aids, and said I should call him if I have any questions. I had the pleasure of dealing with Rhonda and her equally pleasant/ efficient/ knowledgeable front desk over the past 5 years as they helped my uncle with his hearing aids . However, when I realized my hearing was also diminished, my first thought was to be evaluated by an audiologist. I did not find that exam to be as comprehensive or thorough as I remembered from Audibel, so I followed up with Rhonda. Her assessment, explanations and demonstration were far superior. Plus they offer lifetime service and support. Anyone who has dealt with hearing aids know they are not a “one and done “ type of medical aid. If you are struggling with hearing loss, I highly recommend you try Audibel in South Pasadena before making your final decision and investment .

I have now been to this local office for a hearing exam and two followups. Dr. Arroyo is very knowledgeable, patient, efficient and kind. The hearing exam can be daunting (if you actually have hearing loss) but she walks you through the fitting process very well and fits you with the most appropriate option based on your type of hearing loss. The Staff was wonderful. I needed to get earwax taken out for a hearing test. Called to find out the cost. It was complementary as was a comprehensive hearing test. The front desk person scheduled me for the next day and rescheduled me for two hours later after I noticed a conflict. She was very cheery and helpful when we checked in. The individual who gave me the hearing test was very knowledgeable, and helpful. He tested me with my wife speaking words to see my level of comprehension. Was very interesting to see that I could only understand 45%, even with my current hearing aids on. He performed other tests, gave me full explanations, and demonstrated how the new hearing aids can improve my results to 88%. He answered all my questions. There was never any pressure to purchase.

Audibel Hearing, on hwy 301 in Parrish, and their hearing aide specialist, Scott, patiently worked with me and discovered the inadequacies of my existing hearing aides. Thru thorough testing of each ear, we found my loss has decreased substantially in both ears. Now, with their new technology and hearing aides using A1, I’m at 96% hearing in my right ear and went from a 92% loss in my left ear to hearing at 44%! For many years my husband missed out on a lot of things.He wasn’t able to hear the message the preacher was giving. At the theatre he had to wear the “hearing impaired headphones”. I also had to help him out when we went out to eat at restaurants or simply trying to communicate. All of this took place because we weren’t able to afford new hearing aids. One unexpected day, my husband decided to take his old hearing aids to see if they could be fixed. Unfortunately they couldn’t. Then he had a hearing test done. We explained to the tech what our financial situation was, she stepped out of the room and made sure we didn’t leave until we had worked something out. She had spoken with the owner. Needless to say I was very touched. My husband got hearing aids! Thanks to Mr. Wheeler for such a blessing! We will be eternally grateful. Now, my husband can enjoy the beautiful songs of birds, singing, and so much more. Your staff was amazing also, they waited for me to end my day at work so that I could be able to come in. Thanks again for such a beautiful blessing!
Murielle Dorf has been a patient here at Audibel since 2009 and has had multiple sets of different aids. She walked into the office recently because she was having some issues with her aid, Ron took her back, fixed her issue and Murielle walked out telling us “We made her day!”

Lawrence Tidswell was referred by a friend and came in for his first appointment back in February because he knew his hearing was getting worse. Lawrence and his wife Kim live in Spain but stay down here in Florida a couple months out of the year. Like most people, I waited too long to admit that I had a hearing problem. But finally I did the research and about a year ago went to Audibel. I choose the facility located at 3534 Clark Rd., Sarasota, FL 34231.
Now I do not have to ask my wife or friends to repeat what they say nearly as often. Before it was difficult to participate in the conversation when out with friends at a restaurant – the background noise would drown out my ability to hear what was being said. I would simply sit there and smile a lot (which I do not do well). It was really embarrassing to answer a question that you thought you heard someone as you, only to find out that they had asked you something completely different! There is a special setting that filters out most of the unwanted background noise which makes being in a crowd enjoyable again. I could go on and on with specifics, but the bottom line is that my hearing aids that do a credible job and other people that make it happen. I can only speak when they develop a hearing deficiency. Maybe there are other hearing aids that do a credible job and other people that make it happen. I can only speak to the professional service and attention that one receives from Kevin Wagner and his office assistant, Sharon. Audibel’s products have so many different settings available and Kevin knows how to tailor them to each customer’s individual needs. The benefits continue to get better as I return for a periodic maintenance and fine tuning.

My new Audibel hearing aids are beautiful and wonderful! I can hardly feel them and can’t even see them! Once you get use to them they are easy to put in. It’s almost like my own normal hearing is back!

“I visited the office for hearing test I already knew there was a problem, and I was right! I failed the test! Tried going for a loan to purchase devices I needed and was denied the loan. “I suspected I had a hearing problem and finally decided to find out for sure. I made an appointment for a free hearing test with a company I saw on Facebook. Then, because a friend recommended them, I also made an appointment with Audibel. I kept both appointments, trying to get a feel for how these companies present their products to their customers. The difference between the two was incredible. For one thing, Audibel’s testing was much more thorough and the hearing specialist actually fitted me with free hearing aids to try at home for a few days.
