“I have had hearing aids for about 40 years. For most of that time I was under the care of an audiologist. During that time I had a number of hearing aids. Most were okay but had drawbacks, like squeaking or speech was not always clear. For TV I relied on closed captioning. Since I have been wearing the new aids, there is no more squeaking! I find myself listening to TV and not relying on the captioning. Lewis has been very patient and eager to make sure I am completely satisfied with these new aids. My hearing loss is profound and while there are times I miss some words I have to admit that things are SO much better for me!”
