With 17 years of experience in the hearing healthcare industry, I am dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for my patients through advanced hearing aid technology. My passion for this field stems from my belief that better hearing is essential to living a fuller, more connected life. 

Outside of work, I cherish time with my loving wife, Sidney, our four daughters, and our son. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and I enjoy spending quality moments with them whenever possible. Additionally, I give back to my community by coaching high school baseball, a role that allows me to inspire young athletes and instill lifelong values. 

I bring the same care and commitment to my patients as I do to my family. My goal is to help you rediscover the joys of sound and live life to the fullest. I am excited to partner with you on your journey to better hearing. 

My name is Richard J. Stegbauer, and I am proud to have been a Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist with Audibel for nearly 19 years. These years have been immensely fulfilling, as I have had the privilege of helping my patients improve their hearing and enhance their lives. 

I am blessed to be married to my wife, Tara, for 19 wonderful years, and together we have two amazing sons, Ricky (17) and Easton (15). When I’m not working, you’ll often find me coaching high school baseball or supporting my sons in their pursuits—usually on the baseball field! As a family, we love skiing in the winter and spending time with our loved ones, most of whom are nearby. 

Hello, my name is Rhonda Smith. I have been a Florida-licensed Hearing Aid Specialist since 2010 and became Nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences in May 2013. Born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida, I am a proud Christian who enjoys spending time with my husband, son, parents, sister, and extended family, as well as friends who are like family. 

I provide my patients with the highest level of care. With integrity, professionalism, and compassion, I treat every patient like a member of my own family. Better hearing is essential to overall health, improving both mental and physical vitality.

My name is Ashley Smiles, and I have been a licensed hearing specialist with Audibel for the past 11 years. I am a proud wife to an incredibly supportive husband and a mother to two wonderful children, ages 4 and 7. Life is busy, but it’s beautifully fulfilling. 

Helping people rediscover the sounds they’ve been missing is my passion. Hearing loss doesn’t just affect the individual—it impacts relationships and can lead to isolation. I’ve seen firsthand how transformative better hearing can be, not just for the patient but for their loved ones as well.

Hello, my name is David “Dusty” Blackmon, and I am a licensed Hearing Aid Specialist in Florida. I’ve been proudly serving patients with Audibel since May 2021. 

Growing up, I witnessed the profound impact of hearing loss through my grandfather, who had severe hearing challenges. From a young age, I understood how hearing loss affects more than just hearing—it impacts a person’s overall quality of life.
