My name is Ashley Smiles, and I have been a licensed hearing specialist with Audibel for the past 11 years. I am a proud wife to an incredibly supportive husband and a mother to two wonderful children, ages 4 and 7. Life is busy, but it’s beautifully fulfilling.
Helping people rediscover the sounds they’ve been missing is my passion. Hearing loss doesn’t just affect the individual—it impacts relationships and can lead to isolation. I’ve seen firsthand how transformative better hearing can be, not just for the patient but for their loved ones as well.
This mission is personal for me. Helping my father hear again was one of the most rewarding moments of my career, reinforcing why I do what I do every day.
My goal is to restore not just hearing, but the connections and quality of life that come with it. Together, we can overcome the challenges of hearing loss and make a meaningful difference in your life and the lives of those around you.
My visit at Audibel could not have been more productive and pleasant. Ashley is very knowledgeable and professional and efficiently guided my through the process of testing my hearing and fitting my hearing aids. I'm glad I went to Audibel and will likely be a lifetime customer.

Stopped in without an appointment with a microphone problem. They went to work cleaning it but it needed extra cleaning so they sent both in for cleaning and gave me a loaner pair till they come back. Great Service!
