Be Thankful for Your Hearing
Posted by Mike Wheeler on November 29, 2013

Thanksgiving is the time of year friends and family gather to share their gratitude for their life. Without proper hearing, those family and friend relationships would suffer. Hearing is a gift in itself and is often taken for granted. Only until it begins to fade, then we realize how important our everyday conversations and experiences are for enjoyment.
Maybe you are grateful for your new hearing aids. Perhaps you’re grateful that your loved one came with you to get a hearing evaluation and you’re deciding on next steps. Or maybe you’re thankful for the quality of customer service and level of understanding from your hearing care professional. What are you truly grateful to have in your life?
We are thankful for each patient that walks through our doors because we get the opportunity to help them re-experience the world of hearing. We get the pleasure of seeing big smiles after hearing aids are fit and sounds become clearer. We get to see the relief in your eyes when your tinnitus becomes less bothersome. We get to see the happiness of your wife, husband, child or family member as they realize things are going to get better. We are thankful for those experiences that you, our patients, give us everyday. Helping people hear is our passion. It keeps us driven and focused to help as many people as possible.
